Cancellations made 4 weeks or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 1 to 3 weeks before the event will get a 50% refund. Cancellations less than a week before the event will receive no refund, however, you may be able to defer your place if there is another event available. If you do not turn up to the event and do not contact the business to advise of this on the day, no refund will be provided. Any refunds requested when contact is made on the day of the event will be down to the discretion of the business. In the case of sickness this may mean deferring your place to another date, if available.
